The Fundamental Baptist Bible Institute was started in 2003 with a two-fold purpose. For those men who are called to preach, it is intended to train them for service in the ministry. For those who are not called to preach, its purpose is to help them learn the Bible so that they can better serve in the local church. The curriculum is Bible intensive but also includes important classes on church history, pastoral leadership, personal evangelism, and scriptural principles regarding the home.

While we are not against Bible College, we do feel that the best and most realistic training for the ministry is in the local church Bible institute. Gen. 14:14 says, "And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his trained servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan." We believe there is a need for training men "born" in our own house for the battle. The perpetuity of the ministry is dependent on preachers passing on what they learned from the previous generation to the next generation, 2 Tim. 2:2. Because we believe a Christian is to be continually growing in his knowledge of God, graduation from Fundamental Baptist Bible Institute is not intended to be the completion of training for the ministry. Our goal is to purposefully build on the foundation laid at salvation so that the students will be better equipped to pursue the calling of  God in their lives.

The schedule for the institute is 3 hrs. a night, two nights a week. The cost for our institute is very reasonable and  we have made it so because we don't want it to be a burden on our students. For those who do not wish to take classes for credit, classes may be audited at no cost.

I trust that you will prayerfully consider whether God would have you further your training at FBBI. Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions you may have about the institute.
